Shri. Arun Bharat Ram is the Chairman of The Shri Ram Schools and Chairman Emeritus of SRF Limited. A third-generation entrepreneur, he began his career with DCM Ltd. in the late 1960s and went on to establish SRF in 1970 as a manufacturer of nylon tyre cord. Under his leadership, SRF grew into a globally recognised organisation with businesses across fluorochemicals, speciality chemicals, packaging films, technical textiles, and coated fabrics, exporting to more than 90 countries.

An alumnus of the University of Michigan, Shri Arun Bharat Ram has played an important role in promoting corporate governance, quality management, and professional leadership in the Indian industry. He has also contributed to education and policy initiatives through his association with organisations such as CII and various national and international forums.

Deeply connected to the values of education, art, and culture, he continues to guide TSRS with a vision of nurturing thoughtful, creative, and compassionate learners. In his words, “The Shri Ram Schools endeavour to create independent thinking, creative and sensitive individuals, who will serve as torch bearers to further ignite many more minds and create a world painted with love, beauty and happiness.”

Ms Vasvi Bharat Ram is the Joint Vice Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools, Delhi NCR and Board member of the SRF Foundation. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the school's policies, recruitment, finances, and expansions as a member of the Executive Committee. Her notable contributions include spearheading the design of the school's acclaimed International Baccalaureate Program, launched in 2005. Additionally, she actively contributes to various committees within the Foundation, driving initiatives to enhance the quality of education across India.

Under the aegis of Shri Educare Limited, her family's renowned education consultancy, Vasvi pioneered the establishment of The Shri Ram Millennium Schools in the National Capital Region. Now serving on the Management Committee, she continues to shape the school's success with her unwavering leadership and vision, thereby elevating the standard of education in the region.

As the Education Chair of the YPO Delhi Chapter, she was honoured with the prestigious Best Education Year award, surpassing all eleven chapters in YPO South Asia during 2013-14.

Furthermore, Vasvi is the immediate past President of FLO, the women's wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). As the premier women's business organization in the country, FLO has been working on driving impactful initiatives for economic independence and actively advocating crucial measures to be undertaken by the Central and State Governments.

Ms Radhika Bharat Ram is the Joint Vice-Chairperson of The Shri Ram Schools, Delhi NCR and Board member of the SRF Foundation. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the school's policies, recruitment, finances, and expansions as a member of the Executive Committee. Her notable contribution includes spearheading the design of the teacher training program, the Enhancing Early Education Programme, under the aegis of the SRF Foundation 15 years ago. Additionally, she actively contributes to various committees within the Foundation, driving initiatives to enhance the quality of education across India.

Under the aegis of Shri Educare Limited, an education consultancy company, she has been instrumental in setting up The Shri Ram Millennium Schools and The Shri Ram Early Years in the NCR region. Now on the Management Committee, she brings strong leadership and a forward-looking vision that shapes the school's success and improves educational standards in the region.

In 2020, Radhika founded the KARM Fellowship, an educational institute that works with driven young women from underserved homes to pursue higher education. Her vision is to advance gender parity in workplaces over an extended period. Based on the four critical pillars of Education, Mentoring, Employability skills, and Community Service, the KARM Fellowship enables these capable young women to achieve financial independence and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Lending her name and voice to pertinent social causes, Radhika currently serves as the Chairperson of the Indian Blind Sports Association & the JPM Senior Secondary School for the Blind.
